  1. Aww! I am so glad you found him! I can only imagine how awful that experience must have been. 😦

    My dog Lisen also ran away when she was about 1 year old in the middle of a thunderstorm, we were outside and she was not on a leash. All of a sudden a thunder struck and she just ran away (probably a fear reflex of some sort). We immidiately started to look for her, but when we finally turned back home she had already returned to the entrance door to where we lived. PHEW!!! That was not fun, and she was probably only missing for a couple of hours.

    And, I am sure you know this, but I totally agree with your last sentence. 🙂

    • Thank you Alexandra, it was sad when he was missing since I had just lost my other little dog to a horrible car accident which I am still very sad about. SO I am happy Flint is back.
      And YES, dogs are a woman’s best friend!!
